Lift Station Maintenance
We offer a range of service frequencies from monthly to annually, with costs varying based on station location and cleaning frequency. Our comprehensive services include pressure cleaning and degreasing the wetwell interior, cleaning and degreasing each float switch, and checking the amperage draw on each pump. We also perform a Meg test on each pump to check motor windings, verify pump alternation and float operation sequences, and inspect phase or volt monitor settings. Additionally, we assess the condition of the lightning arrestor, take elapse time meter readings to ensure proper pump alternation, and check the visual and audible alarms. Our thorough inspection covers incoming voltage to the control panel, breakers, fuses, and relays inside the control panel, amperage settings on motor resets, and voltage at the terminal block. We also perform a complete station pump down and ensure the security of the wetwell, control panel, switch disconnect, and valve box.
